When we decided to open our coffee shop at 211 McGuiness - Greenpoint, Brooklyn, we knew that it was an opportunity for us to share great coffee with the community. We wanted to create a welcoming environment where people could come together and enjoy a cup of good coffee. We believe that great coffee should be accessible, no matter where you live.
When it comes to coffee, Brooklyn has no shortage of options. But few places in the borough are as vibrant and unique as Greenpoint. That's why we decided to open our coffee shop here—to be part of a community that is truly special.

When we first opened our doors in 2021, we knew that opening a 787 coffee shop in Greenpoint was a great decision—but we didn't know just how much it would change us (in a good way!). We've had the pleasure of getting to know so many amazing people since then, both locals and visitors alike. We've also gotten involved in local initiatives and have been able to support other small businesses in the area through partnership opportunities. All these things have made us realize just how special this neighborhood really is!
We are local entrepreneurs who have been running our 787 Coffee business in NYC since 2019. During that time, we’ve gotten to know our customers and what they like when it comes to their morning cup of fresh coffee. We take lots of pride in growing, processing and roasting our own coffee beans directly from its source, our coffee farm in Maricao, Puerto Rico. That’s why we chose to open up a specialty, single origin coffee shops—so that everyone can experience what it’s like to drink truly great, specialty, grown in the USA coffee without having to leave the neighborhood.
Overall, opening our 787 coffee shop in Greenpoint has been one of the best decisions we've ever made as entrepreneurs! This neighborhood is full of life, energy and creativity—all things that are necessary ingredients for any successful business venture.
