2. Fill Your Bottom Chamber
Fill the them chamber with hot water with 12 oz of water this is perfect for one cup of coffee
3. Place the Chambers together
Place the chambers together, but do not close them tightly just yet. They just need to be evenly in place. Then place the entire set above your heat.
4. Grind Your Coffee Beans
Meanwhile, your water is heating up, prepare your coffee beans! This is the most important part. For the siphon method, you'll need to use coarser coffee grounds since this brewing method takes more time. This type of grind will let all coffee flavors be extracted.
5. Seal Your chambers
As your water starts to heat up seal your chambers. you will see how the water in the bottom will rise into the hopper some will be left in the bottom but no worries, this won’t affect your brewing!
6. Add your coffee!
As the water starts boiling in the top hopper, once it reaches approximately 185 to 200 degrees, place your coffee grounds and start stirring with a paddle. This should take about 1 minute to brew!
7. Remove the siphon from the heat
After you have stirred for a minute remove the siphon from the heat and you’ll see how the brewed coffee will go down through the filter to the bottom chamber, give it another stir, and after a minute you’ll see how the ground coffee stays on the top hopper and your delicious brew is on the bottom ready to enjoy!
8. Enjoy!
Remove the hopper and serve! To have the most delicious cup of coffee, give the coffee a few minutes to cool and then serve in your favorite cup!
