Caffeinated Guide
1. Scale Your Coffee beans
Scale the number of coffee beans you want to roast, its recommended that you roast a small amount so you can keep your coffee beans fresh for a longer time
2. Preheat your Roasting Pan
For smoother and faster roasting, preheat your device before placing the coffee beans to let the magic happen. Don’t set the temperature too high so you don’t burn the coffee beans
3. Place Your Coffee Beans on the Pan
Once your pan is hot enough, place your coffee beans and start stirring them in circular motions, until after a few minutes you will start hearing noise and your coffee beans change colors. Let them on the heat until you have your desired color
4. Remove coffee beans from Heat
Move your coffee beans to the strainer and shake them to cool them down and they stop roasting
5. Let your coffee rest and store it
After you have roasted your coffee beans place them in a sealed container, in a dark place with a balanced climate so the coffee remains fresh. you must wait approximately three days to grind and brew your coffee so it develops its amazing flavors
