The Coffee beans used for the coffee infusions are roasted to perfection in the origin, the farm. Wanda, our female roaster allows the beans to rest for 48 hours.
Two days later our freshly roasted coffee goes into a barrel to be infused with Rum, Whisky or Tequila using our proprietary process that ensures the perfect balance of flavors.
